How we bring world-class technology to your doorstep

1. Delivery Network

Shipment and delivery of orders within the Greater Accra Region are handled by IT & Electric Ghana’s dedicated logistics team or our authorized delivery partners. We deliver directly to the physical address specified during your checkout process.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and the size/weight of the items. Total shipping charges will be communicated to you along with your payment instructions once our team verifies your order.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Accra & Tema: Fast delivery within 24 to 48 hours following order confirmation.
  • Exclusions: Deliveries are not processed on Sundays or Official Public Holidays.
  • Outside Accra: For regions like Kumasi, Takoradi, and Tamale, contact us for specific timelines.

4. Free In-Store Pick-up

Skip the shipping fee by picking up your order at our branches. Please wait for a "Ready for Pick-up" notification before visiting:

  • Spintex Branch (Main Office)
  • East Legon Branch (Opposite UPSA)
  • Dzorwulu Branch
  • Kasoa Branch

5. Non-Delivery & Liability

IT & Electric Ghana is not liable for delayed or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Unavailability of the customer at the time of delivery.
  • Incomplete, vague, or incorrect delivery addresses.
  • Acts of God, severe weather, or Force Majeure.

6. Risk and Ownership

The risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to the customer at the moment of delivery. Ownership passes to the customer only after full payment has been received, including all shipping charges.

7. Inspection & Reporting

Upon receipt, please inspect items immediately. Report damages or missing items within 24 hours for immediate resolution.
